Common Questions

FAQ

Everything you need to know before placing an order.

Most orders ship within 3–7 business days after file approval. Rush turnaround (1–2 business days) is available for an additional fee — just mention it when you reach out. Complex multi-part prints or large sublimation runs may take up to 10 business days.

We review every file within 24 hours of submission and send a detailed quote with material options and timeline. If your file has issues we'll flag them before production begins so there are no surprises.

Pricing is based on material cost, machine time, and complexity. 3D prints are quoted by volume and material. Laser jobs are quoted by material type and cutting/engraving time. Sublimation is priced per item with quantity discounts available. All quotes are itemized so you know exactly what you're paying for.

Yes — volume discounts apply to orders of 10+ identical items. Returning customers also receive priority scheduling and discounted setup fees. Contact us to discuss pricing for ongoing production runs or wholesale arrangements.

For 3D printing: STL, OBJ, 3MF, or STEP files. For laser etching and cutting: SVG, DXF, AI, or PDF (vector only). For sublimation: high-resolution PNG or PDF at 300 DPI minimum. Not sure about your file? Send it anyway — we'll let you know if adjustments are needed.

3D files should be watertight (no open meshes) with a minimum wall thickness of 1.2mm for FDM or 0.5mm for resin. Laser vector files should have strokes converted to paths and no raster images embedded. Sublimation artwork should be at least 300 DPI at print size — low-res files will be flagged before production.

We stock PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU (flexible), and standard resin. Specialty options include carbon-fiber-filled PLA, wood-fill, and glow-in-the-dark filament. Material availability may vary — ask when requesting a quote and we'll confirm what's in stock.

We work with wood, bamboo, MDF, acrylic, leather, anodized aluminum, coated metals, and glass. Bare uncoated metals require a marking spray for etching. We cannot etch PVC, polycarbonate, or any material that releases toxic fumes when lasered.

Sublimation works on polyester fabrics (shirts, hoodies, bags), hard-coat aluminum panels, ceramic mugs, phone cases, mousepads, and more. The substrate must have a polyester coating or be at least 65% polyester for fabric items. We can advise on blank sourcing if you need specific products.
